👋 Hi there! I'm Chris. I'm a Product Manager based in San Francisco, California. Over my 10+ year product career, I have built consumer experiences in commerce and fintech, marketplaces, and streaming media. Prior to that, I spent 4 years in management consulting with Deloitte.

Most recently at DriveWealth, I was a Principal Product Manager owning the product strategy and roadmap for the customer onboarding and operations platform during hypergrowth. I managed a large cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, and operations and risk management experts to scale the platform to support new financial products and rapid customer growth. I've demonstrated impact at all company stages. I’ve built products from the ground up at small scrappy startups like Glyde (acquired by PCS Wireless) and Redbeacon (acquired by The Home Depot). I’ve helped organize the chaos and fuel the wave of hypergrowth at unicorns like Credit Karma (acquired by Intuit) and DriveWealth (funded by Accel, Point72, and the SoftBank Vision Fund). And I’ve led mature products to innovate and reach new unexpected heights.

I have built consumer products on web and mobile apps for hundreds of millions of users, at companies generating revenue in the $ billions. I have been fortunate to be consistently entrenched in cultures intensely focused on customer-centric design and solutions. Heavily invested in user research and product analytics to guide product strategy. Adept at design sprints, rapid prototyping, and experimentation to drive consistent and measured progress. Fluent in solving large-scale problems with user growth, engagement, retention, and monetization.

My journey in commerce, payments and fintech originally started as a consultant with Deloitte, where my client relationship with Visa sparked my passion and expertise in the space for years to come. In the first phase of my PM career, I built end-to-end e-commerce, omnichannel, and marketplace products, including leading the payment integration for an international product launch. In the next phase, I shifted to mission-oriented products focused on empowering people's personal financial journeys, and democratizing access to the best financial products.​
